While many existing podcasts focus on inspiring audiences by featuring leaders or well-known individuals with remarkable backgrounds, R.A. podcast takes a different path by prioritizing those at the base of the pyramid. R.A. Podcast adopts a "bottom up" approach, allowing young and inexperienced individuals to genuinely connect while simultaneously narrowing the divide between leaders and the younger generation. It is more relatable for youth to engage with the issues, decisions, and experiences of their peers—those who are at a similar point in life—rather than a senior figure with vast experience. The R.A. podcast directly addresses the concerns and ambitions of young people. Nonetheless, it is aimed at the youth and beyond.

About Raise Awareness Podcast

What makes Raise Awareness Podcast innovative?
How did this idea come to life?
  1. Most podcasts are made to inspire and/or celebrate. Yet, the gap between leaders and the current generation is getting wider.

  2. In Morocco, there are about 1 million graduates per year. However, the space dedicated to this young workforce within structured social media is so little.

  3. Empowering the youth is critical. It starts with self-expression and active listening.

  4. Bridging gaps with people at the top is critical also. Therefore, beyond connecting youth with youth, we aim at connecting youth with those at the top.

What subjects R.A. podcast will deal with?

There are no limitations as long as subjects concern young generation and are addressed by themselves. It could cover workplace, social elevation, security, education, personnel development, health and so on. We are sure that we may uncover some surprising aspirations.

In which language the podcast is held ?

The Raise Awareness podcast is held in Arabic including the Moroccan dialect "Darija" , or English, or French, or a mixed of all of these languages. Authenticity is privileged above structure.
